Hi, I just like to share this recipe that I really love. Honestly, I love to cook; that’s the reason I want to share this recipe to you & I hope you’ll like it. Just one reminder to my avid readers I have no academic background or training about this certain subject but I have a lot of training from my granny and dad so just read and learn.

Chicken cordon blue
Boneless chicken breast ( 10 pcs )
¼ tsp. salt
¼ tsp. pepper
2-3 eggs beaten
1 cup evaporated milk
10 pcs. Sliced Ham (slice to halves)
10 pcs. Sliced Cheese
½ cup All-purpose flour
1 pack Bread crumbs
Procedure:
Part 1
- · Place the chicken meat inside the plastic container bag (zip bag)
- · Pound gently using meat pounder to flatten
- · Season with salt & pepper to taste
- · In a bowl combine beaten egg & milk
- · Dip chicken meat per piece into the mixture
- · Arrange the ham & cheese by placing two piece of cheese in the center of the ham
- · Combine the flattened chicken meat and the ham & cheese in a roll, secure with toothpick
- · Dip into the egg-beaten mixture
- · Dredge chicken meat into flour ‘
- · Dip again into the egg-beaten mixture
- · Roll in bread crumbs and coat well
- · Repeat the procedure to the remaining piece of chicken meat
Optional Part

Place the chicken roll on a container then
refrigerate them for 1-2 hours
(you can do it
overnight if you want)
Part 2
- · Fry the chicken roll for 5 minutes or bake it over 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 25-30 minutes or until tender.
- Slice the chicken cordon bleu and arrange on a plate to serve.
